SOME STEPS YOU COULD TAKE to make a similar video...

1. CHOOSE A SONG and write your own arrangement
a. what instruments/voices
b. who plays/sings what when
2. PRACTICE all the parts

3. RECORD THE AUDIO TRACK
a. Use the Garageband software on your MacIntosh or

GET YOUR PARENT'S PERMISSION TO:

b. RECORD the rhythm (drums, percussion) parts first
c. then add instruments and/or vocals on other tracks while you play back the rhythm and/or whatever you recorded.
d. SAVE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE REPEATEDLY THROUGH THIS PROCESS

4. If you want to make a MOVIE...
a. PLAY BACK your soundtrack while you videotape yourself.
b. IMPORT the video files.
c. Open Windows Movie Maker or other video EDITING software on your PC
1. and import the sound track
2. import the video
3. line up the video with the audio
4. edit the video
5. get a youtube account
